  1. 1. My favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt is when we had to do some kind of actions related to the answer. Also I liked the problems which reviewed a lot of the section.
2.My least favorite part was when we got lost and went to wrong places and missed the first place. We solved the problems quickly but couldn't get to the next stop. We were lost which made others to catch up upon us.
    3. I think there should be more problems like inequalities. There were some problems related to inequality in the first stop which was the classroom but after-all I don't think I saw an inequality problem.

  2. 1) My favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt was taking pictures and using the green liquid and the beaker in the lounge.

    2) My least favorite part of Scavenger Hunt was solving problem in Mr.Katz's room. We were struggling a lot in his room to find the answer and we were the last to move onto next room. Also, since we couldn't ask for help, it was challenging.

    3) To make Scavenger Hunt better, I think the hints for finding the place should be more harder. Also, I think if there were more problems, there would have been more reviewing.

  3. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)
    - My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was when we had to take pictures related to the problems. It added a fun part to the Scavenger Hunt. Also, I liked how there were various kinds of problems that we needed to review.

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)
    - My least favorite part was when we had to run quickly to get to the next stop. Furthermore, it would have been better if the hints were clearer.

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
    - The Scavenger Hunt would not need much changes, but it would be better if it had more problems for each chapters.

  4. 1) My favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt was when we needed to find 4 pictures in order for us to solve the problem.
    2) My least favorite part of Scavenger Hunt was when the question asked to take a picture of an object that represents the answer. We did not know what the statement meant.
    3) To make this activity better, I think the hints should be harder and I was expecting 3-4 inequality problems, but i only saw 1-2.

  5. 1.) My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was when we had to do the problem in the bathroom and take a photo of what p represents. Also I liked that the scavenger hunt included various places for example the soccer field, middle school building, and high school building.

2.) My least favorite part was stage 2 at Mr.Katz room because the problem made me and my team mate confusing. Also this problem took the longest to solve. It would have been better if the question was much more clear.

3.) The scavenger hunt does not need any changes, but it would of been better if the hints to different stages were much more challenging and also more problems from different chapters.

  6. 1) My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was all the problems we had to take in the soccer field. Taking the pictures were fun and interesting part added and was also creative. I liked how we had to show the number of people for the answer through a picture and taking pictures of people who looked scared.

    2) My least favorite part was running all around the school. It was quiet tiring and when you didn't know the hints clearly before running to the next stop, you could get into the next place.

    3) The scavenger hunt was okay, but it there had to be a change in something it would be making the hints more clear and more problems more different chapters next time if there was more time.

    1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)
My most favorite part of the Scavenger hunt was solving riddles (even thought it was very simple and easy riddles) and taking picture that represent the answer.

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)
My least favorite was running around the school in a hot weather with all the stuff we are carrying also I hated solving problem in the bathroom .

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
Maybe the stop should be closer to each other and clearer instruction on the paper.

  8. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)

My favorite part of this was that I could choose my own partner, and also this time it was all over the school! More moving!

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)

Least favorite part was that because it was all over the school we sometimes couldn't fine the right place to go which made us lose our time.

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)

To make this Scavenger Hunt better I would suggest that we should make it shorter because always at the end of the class we are rushing and we get back to the class after the bell rings which sometimes we can't hear the instructions of the teacher.

  9. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)
My favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt was taking pictures of the things that relates to the problem. We had chance to take photos of us making funny faces. The other favorite part that I enjoyed was hunting for clues, which is the main part of this game. We had to think about the place and try to find where the clue might be. For some questions we had to think very creatively.

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)
My least favorite part of the scavenger hunt was running. We came in second place because of this. We solve the problems first and we were heading back to the classroom. However Philip and Joonyun, one of the fastest guys in KIS, beat us and got the first place.

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
I don't think there should be any changes. Maybe harder clues would make it better.

  10. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)

    1. My favorite part of the scavenger hunt was how we had to actually do things after solving the problems. Some of the things that were pretty entertaining to do were taking pictures of various things and p number of people.

    2. My least favorite part of the scavenger hunt was where my team got lost. We misunderstood the riddles and went to wrong places, which eventually gave the others teams the chance to catch up on us and get first place. I'm sure our group could have been first place if we did not get lost figuring the riddles out.

    3. Based on my experience, I would like to change some of the riddles and make it either more simple or less confusing. Because our group missed first place by misunderstanding the riddles (and was very tired physically afterward), I would encourage Mr.Jobe to add more things like finding the pictures in Mr.Duncan's room instead of going in the bathroom.

  11. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)
Before I even start describing my favorite parts of this activity, I really want to thank you, Mr. Jobe, for your efforts on making this hunt work. I can’t believe that you traveled around the whole campus to post questions and stations just for your math classes. Back on the question, my favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt was figuring out where the next destination was, searching for the room. Also, another part that I enjoyed was definitely going down to the cafeteria and soccer field. Mathematical questions were put up on various places, surprising me every time for such creativity. I appreciated the whole hunt in general.

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)
Although there wasn’t a particular part I disliked, a part that I didn’t really enjoy as much as other questions would be the question in Mr. Duncan’s room. We measured the width of the cube with a ruler, but due to its obscure shape, our diagonals weren’t correct for the first few times. However, we got the right answer at the end. I wouldn’t have another “least favorite” part of this hunt.

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
There would be some possible alterations to this activity. One would be to actually provide a solid number cube for the question in Mr. Duncan’s room, if possible. Another one would be to reduce the number of questions for the hunt, because it takes up the whole class, or even more. If we have more time, the teacher could actually check over the work, to see that the team didn’t copy their answers from another group. I think the idea of using the cameras was quite creative, visualizing our mathematical answers. However, electronic devices can always cause mistakes, so writing the answers simply in our notebooks would’ve also worked efficiently. Overall, it was a well-organized activity.

  12. 1) Q: What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)
A: My favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt was taking pictures of the things that were related to the answers of the questions because it was fun looking for what kind of pictures to take with my partner. I also liked how the different teachers were in charge of different math problems because it was funny how they would explain math in a “different way” from Mr. Jobe.

    2) Q: What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)
A: My least favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt was having to run up and down the stairs continuously after I got the answer to a problem wrong. Especially when I was working in the ping pong area. I was so tired after running up and down the stairs, and tired of continuously getting the answer to the question incorrect.

    3) Q: What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
A: What I would like to change about the Scavenger Hunt is to have the different math teachers at KIS participate and be in charge of certain problems so that they can explain to us about how to solve a problem when we need some help.

  13. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)

One of my favorite parts of the Scavenger Hunt was trying to find out where the location was, because sometimes it took me and my partner
some time to figure out the locations and it was really fun. Another favorite part was when I had to do some other thing unrelated to math
to pass that level, like taking pictures of the number, or pouring green water stuff into the graduated cylinder. The problems were
really good review for the final. Also, the whole idea of the Scavenger Hunt was fun because we don't sit down and solve problems, but we get to move around and solve riddles.

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)

I liked every part about the Scavenger Hunt, but the bad part was that we didn’t get to finish the Scavenger Hunt.. :( I wish we could have
gotten to finish the Scavenger Hunt because we were almost finished, but we didn’t get to finish it. Also, another part that was hard was
when we had to move from, for example from high school to the student lounge. I think I got stronger muscles after the Scavenger Hunt... But
I didn’t really have a least favorite part because the whole point of the Scavenger Hunt was to have fun while learning!

What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)

If there are more time to make the clues and problems, it would be so cool if we all had different problems for each groups. The problems
for each group could be problems from all sorts of categories, but with questions from easy to hard in a category mixed so that every
group might have some easy questions in some categories and some hard questions in some categories. That way, you can’t just study for one
topic, you have to study for all the topics. It would also be a more friendly competition because since we all have different problems, we
can help each other if we’re bad on one topic or good on one topic so that we can all help each other and learn from each other. But we
would have to make a rule that only allow students to help others if they show how it is done. The Scavenger Hunt would be more fun,
    enjoyable, and friendly.

  14. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)
My favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt was we got run around the whole campus in class time. I have never done that before. We were free from the teachers. Also this game was time challenged problems, but we couldn't run so it was funny seeing friends walking fast.

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)
My least favorite part was that my team didn't get to finish the game because some problems were quite challenging. Also, although I said running around the whole campus was fun during class time, it was a little tiring from running/ walking that long distance.

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
I like the game very much, but if i have to say something to change, I would say make that location to find it harder. When we played, I could find out the location so easily. If it was harder, it could have been funny seeing other teams go in wrong location.

  15. 1) What was your favorite part of the Scavenger Hunt? (You can have more than one favorite.)
My favorite part about the scavenger hunt was when we had to take pictures with people. Even though it was a math activity, i really enjoyed it. The other part is the clues, because our competitions were confused at the clues, so we came in 2nd place.

    2) What was your least favorite part? (Again, more than one least favorite is acceptable.)
My least favorite part was that we had to start from 3rd floor to B3. There were a lot of stairs and walking. We couldn't run, so it was difficult.

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
The thing I would change is the clues. I would make harder for people to really think about, or maybe to go to the place you need to solve a math problem to get there with a map. Maybe.

    3) What would you change about the Scavenger Hunt to make it better? (Additions, Omissions, etc.)
Maybe it would be easier if you put all the questions on one floor for us, or maybe just one building.
